  • We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, please note that variations in colors, shades, textures, sizes, and appearances may occur due to differences in computer screens.

  • Customers can request additional photographs of products via email at care@Furniza.in.

  • This website is specifically designed and protected by copyright. Unauthorized imitation in any form is strictly prohibited.

  • Furniza holds all social media content posted by the company/firm on platforms such as Google Plus, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Instagram under its copyright act.

3. Plagiarism and Jurisdiction:

  • Any instances of plagiarism will be subject to legal action as per the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

5. User Responsibilities:

10. Product Variance:

  • Depending on your screen settings and device resolution, there may be slight variations in fabric color and wood polish between the image displayed and the actual product. Wood and marble grains will naturally vary in the case of solid wood furniture.

11. Reverse Pickup Requirements:

  • To ensure a hassle-free reverse pickup, it is essential that the packaging remains intact and in its original box.

  • We kindly request that you retain the same packaging for the return, as we cannot accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition.

12. Processing Time:

  • This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. It includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and labelling.
  • Processing time can vary depending on the product, but it typically ranges from 5 to 12 business days.

13. Shipping Time:

  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to your specified address.

  • Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected:
    • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 5 to 12 business days, depends on the location.
  • Keep in mind that these estimates are approximate and may be affected by external factors like customs clearance, weather conditions, and holidays.

  • We would provide tracking information once your order is shipped. You can use this to monitor the progress of your package.

15. Delivery Delays:

  • Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays) can impact delivery times.
  • If you experience any significant delays, it’s best to contact us directly for updates.

16. Cancellation & Return Policies

              Cancelling an Order or Part of an Order

  • Order Cancellation after Shipment or Delivery: If you cancel your order after shipment or delivery due to unforeseen reasons, a cancellation fee of 5% of the paid value will be applied. This is subject to evaluation by the resolution team.

  • Unavailability of Product: In the rare event that an article is unavailable after a customer has placed an order, we will refund the full amount to the customer. We will notify you promptly, and the refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

17. What’s Eligible for Return?

  • Defective Product: If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is a result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (e.g., imbalance, wooden joints opening, etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products), are not considered defects.

  • Difference: If the item delivered to you is different in dimension, shape, or color from the item image on our website.

  • Non-Functional Product: If the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources (appliances, clocks, lights, or bulbs). Please note that only replacements shall be offered.

  • Breakage during Delivery: If there is breakage or the outer packing appears torn upon delivery, it should not be accepted at the point of delivery. Once accepted, we will not be responsible for the return.

For all returns, customers need to send a proper picture of the issue with the product, and it will be accepted only after approval.

18. Refund Processing Time

In the event of an eligible refund (whether due to order cancellation, unavailability of the product, or an approved return), the refund process will be initiated promptly. The timeline for refund processing is as follows:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
  • Notification of Refund: Once the refund is processed, we will notify you via email with the relevant transaction details.

19. Refusal Upon Delivery:

  • If the order is refused upon delivery for any reason other than product defect or damage, the customer will be liable to pay the shipping charges incurred for the delivery and return of the product.

  • In such cases, any refund (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting the shipping charges.
